Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can initiate a return within 7 days after delivery.
For wrong, damaged, or counterfeit items, please create a return request immediately upon receipt.
Ensure that all seals, tags, and accessories remain intact, and return the item in its original packaging.
If returning a device, please remove all passwords before sending it back. Returns with active passwords will be considered invalid.

2. Return Process

Returning to a Pickup Station

If you choose to return your item(s) to a designated pickup station, kindly drop off your package within 3 days after creating the return request.
If the package is not dropped off within this period, your return request will be canceled.

Pickup by Delivery Agent

If you opt for a delivery agent to collect your return from your address, an agent will contact you within one business day to schedule pickup.
If the return is not completed after two pickup attempts, your return request will be canceled.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return request is validated, refunds will be processed as follows:

Mobile Money Payments – Refunds will be sent back to your Mobile Money account within 24 working hours.
Bank Card Payments – Refunds will be processed back to your bank card within 3 – 9 business days.
